Lori Lyons
Her journey started in the classroom, and from there she ventured into the (ugghhh) corporate world, where she mastered graphics, marketing, and sales. But her heart told her there’s more to life than the corporate grind.
Following her intuition
Lori started her own business during a time when entrepreneurship was rare, and home offices were for traveling salespeople (and her friends thought she was weird – you work where?)
Her company collaborated with some of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical and corporate world, creating marketing packaging such as custom ring binders, graphic folders, and video and DVD packaging. But then the internet revolution arrived, and it became clear it wasn’t just a passing fad. With the decline of custom packaging and the rise of the online world, Lori adapted and swiveled (before pivoting became the norm. With pivoting you keep one foot in one place, with swiveling – both feet can move and fine tune!)
So What Then?
Lori embraced the internet bandwagon and, armed with her small business and marketing expertise, began learning the digital marketing space while working with a small website design agency. This experience set her on a new path, w here she dove into combining her expertise of marketing, strategies, and website design. She discovered that when you combine these elements, magic happens – business websites come alive, captivating visitors and generating leads. Lori believes that fun and laughter can make the process even more enjoyable!
